Vesi is a Director for ESG Integration in the Portfolio Strategy Risk Group at Temasek and has been with the firm since 2018. She oversees the design and implementation of the institutional ESG integration framework, tools and guidelines that are used across the investment process. She also works with Temasek's portfolio companies and investment platform in guiding on how they improve their sustainability practices and incorporate that in their strategic decisions. She also supports the team in designing and implementation of climate related strategies and tools for the institution and portfolio, such as the measurement of carbon emissions, assessing physical and transition risk as well as the incorporate of carbon price in decision making.
Prior to joining Temasek, Vesi spent 2 years with LGT Impact Ventures as investment manager for Southeast Asia, evaluating and managing a portfolio of growth companies with positive environmental and social impact beyond financial return. Previously, she was with the equity investment team at the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth (NBIM) for 7 years as a research analyst and subsequently as a portfolio manager covering European and Asian markets.
Vesi is a co-chair of the ESG Committee of SVCA and is a CFA Charterholder. She has been a judge of the annual Morgan Stanley Sustainable Investing Challenge since 2015. She is also author and contributor to various case studies and publications such as the SASB Investor Insights and the SVCA ESG Case Book. She is a speaker at various events and conference related to ESG in the region and has been a lecturer in the SVCA ESG Masterclass in 2021 and 2022.
Sugandhi Matta is Chief Impact Officer at ABC Impact, a private equity fund backed by Temasek. Sugandhi leads the firm’s approach towards assessing, measuring, consolidating, and driving impact outcomes across its portfolio companies, in order to deliver measurable, positive impact alongside compelling financial returns. She also leads investments in South and South-Asia for the firm.
Sugandhi has 18 years of investing experience of which the last 9 years are dedicated to Impact Investing. She has been one of the early leaders of Impact Measurement and Management in Asia and leads a team of 4 dedicated professionals focused on Impact Measurement and Management work at ABC Impact. An experienced board member, Sugandhi has held board directorships in companies operating across different countries, including India, Thailand, and Indonesia. She currently sits on the board of Cropin, a global artificial intelligence and data-led agri-tech organization based in India; HealthCare At Home, an out-of-hospital care provider in India and the enterprise board of the Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Singapore Management University.
Sugandhi holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (India), and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Baroda (India).
Matt Schey is Senior Director of Sustainable Investing & Strategic Projects at the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), where he leads the Association’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. He also manages ILPA’s Research team.
Prior to joining ILPA in 2019, Matt was a management consultant specializing in providing business transformation advisory services to clients in both public and private markets. Previously, he was a manager at Cambridge Associates, supporting the firm’s institutional client consulting business and leading the daily operations of its Singapore-based performance reporting function, serving APAC, Europe, and ME&A client relationships.
Matt holds a BA in International Business & Management from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
As an Associate Director at the Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (CIIP), Sue-Ann works with regional and global partners to drive impact investing in Asia and beyond - building knowledge assets, championing industry standards, and convening stakeholders to bring about positive action. CIIP is a non-profit entity established by Temasek Trust, with Temasek and ABC Impact as strategic partners. CIIP is also the anchor partner for the United Nations SDG Impact in Asia.
Prior to this role, Sue-Ann spent over 15 years at Keppel Corporation, a triple-A MSCI ESG rated global conglomerate, and at StarHub, one of Asia's most sustainable telecommunications companies. She led sustainability reporting at Keppel, engaging ratings agencies, research organisations, media, investors and analysts in advancing the Company's sustainability agenda. In this capacity, she supported Keppel’s strategy and policy development around ESG issues spanning a spectrum of businesses, and served as an advisor to business units. Sue-Ann has also spent a considerable portion of her career managing the corporate philanthropic portfolios of the Keppel Group and StarHub, to advance social and environmental causes delivering impact to communities.
Sue-Ann is certified in Sustainable Finance by the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and is an Accredited Trainer for the SDG Impact Standards.
En Lee is Managing Director, Head of Sustainable and Impact Investments in Asia at LGT, the world’s largest family-owned private banking and asset management group with over USD 300Bn in assets under management. He leads and manages the regional impact investment portfolio in Southeast Asia and China. En was a Partner and is currently a Senior Advisor of Lightrock, LGT's global impact investing platform and serves on the Board of LGT Bank (Singapore). Prior to LGT, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong advising investment funds and previously a Corporate Solicitor at Freshfields in London specializing in private equity, M&A, and capital market transactions.
A recognized industry leader, En has served on the World Economic Forum ESG Advisory Group, Asia Investor Group on Climate Change, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore Sustainable Finance Steering Group. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of Triple P Financial Inclusion Fund and the Boards of UN Global Compact Singapore, Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, and the Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association where he co-chairs the ESG Committee. En graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a CAIA charterholder. He was selected as an Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellow and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and the Young Presidents' Organization.
Eu-Lin leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice across PwC Singapore and she is also a member of the wider PwC Global ESG Leadership Team. She also drives the PwC Asia Pac Centre for Sustainability Excellence. She helps clients strategise, implement, report and obtain assurance across a range Environmental, Social and Governance issues. This includes but not limited to in the areas of carbon measurement, decarbonisation and net zero pathways, climate risk assessments, impact assessments, green and sustainable finance, sustainability strategy and sustainability reporting. She has worked in London and Singapore and served clients across financial services, government, real estate, marine, oil and gas, consumer, resources and telecommunications.
Eu-Lin graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. As a practicing Singapore Chartered Accountant, she believes that accountants can play an important role in fighting climate change and advancing sustainability in business and in the community.
Eu-Lin serves on not-for-profit boards where she is a board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of a healthcare board and board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of an international school. She is also the board member of an Institute of Higher Learning where she serves as the Audit Committee Chairman and the Chairman of its business school. She also serves on committees under the Ministry of Sustainability and Environment, and serves on the MAS Corporate Governance Advisory Committee and the ACRA-SGX Regco Sustainability Reporting Advisory Committee.
Sammie Leung is the PwC’s regional subject matter expert of ESG and climate services covering key markets include Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. Sammie is the partner in charge in Sustainable Finance and Responsible Investment housed under the PwC Asia Pacific Centre of Excellence. Sammie is the founding member of the PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China team of 600+ ESG professionals where the PwC ESG practice categorises the key services into four key areas: Sustainable Finance, Responsible Investment, Climate Change and Sustainable Value Chains.
With over 11 years of professional experience in sustainability and climate change, Sammie assists clients in setting science-based target, decarbonisation strategy design and implementation. Sammie also works closely with clients in their TCFD adoption journey, which include identify, assess, quantify, manage, and disclose climate-relating risks and opportunities.

Andy is a partner at ERM, the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, and leads the M&A services and financial sector in Singapore.
With close to 20 years of experience in transaction, corporate and investment banking, Andy advises both listed and private corporate clients, as well as investors and private equities on ESG risk management and mitigation, as well as M&A due diligence and advisory, to help effect secured investments, and crossboundary transactions.
In his prior role as a director in the fixed income, currency, and commodities division of a major global bank, he oversaw a client portfolio of large multinational corporations and financial institutions, providing dealing and risk advisory services.
Andy is passionate about sustainability and marine life, as a dive center owner and instructor in his younger days.
He holds a Masters in Sustainable Development and believes that financial markets can serve as a powerful lever for sustainability when the solutions are designed and implemented proficiently. He is also a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and a PRI Advanced Responsible Investment Analysis holder.
Lauren Blasco, Principal - Head of ESG at AC Ventures (ACV), is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of ESG principles across the firm’s business operations and investment portfolio. Her professional mission is to scale impact with technology, creating a more environmentally sustainable and socially equitable future for Indonesia.
On behalf of ACV, in partnership with Boston Consulting Group and with support from The Upright Project in Finland, Lauren recently set the first quantifiable ESG standards for Indonesia's tech sector. This was done via the most in-depth and data-driven impact report to date on the local digital economy. She also sits on the board of Waste4Change, the leading responsible waste management startup in the country.
The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) recently tapped Lauren to join its newly formed ESG task force, an elite group of stakeholders in the nation, assembled and launched on the sidelines of the recent B20 Summit in Bali in November 2022. This group of high-profile corporate figures and business leaders has been asked
to craft and propose a sector-agnostic roadmap that will help set the rules for ESG standards and compliance nationwide.
Lauren is a seasoned sustainability and impact practitioner with over ten years of experience in the private, public, and educational sectors. She held multiple roles including Director of Sustainability at Potato Head Group, Executive Director at Clean the World, Guest Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, Adjunct Professor at The University of Hong Kong, lead consultant on projects with The National Environment Agency in Singapore, Think Tank/Incubator participant at Asia P3 hub, Incubation Network, Second Muse, Responsible Business Forum as well as frequent ESG panel speaker across Asia Pacific.
Bence is a Senior Director at Navis Capital, responsible for ESG Portfolio Operations.
Prior to Navis, Bence spent four years as a Director at a Swiss PE focusing on the energy transition, responsible for the Fund’s investments across Asia. He has extensive experience in Sustainability and Energy Transition-related investments and implementation of ESG frameworks across different asset classes. Previously he was with Sunseap Group, responsible for the company’s international arm. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at SEPCOIII and KPMG Corporate Finance, focusing on power generation M&A.
