Boon Chye Hoe was appointed CEO of bbp effective 1 March 2021. Prior to joining bbp, Boon Chye has over 20 years of experience in global semiconductors, electronics, specialty chemicals and renewable energies space, where he held multiple roles in business development, sales account management, strategic planning, supply chain and operations at Dupont, The Linde Group, Applied materials, Bosch and GlobalFoundries.

Boon Chye has a vest experience in managing different lines of business and leading cross functional teams globally to achieve growth, business efficiency and optimization. He has been involved in providing advisory to C-Level and senior business executives on matters relating to strategy, change management as well as mergers and acquisitions. Most notably, Boon Chye had grown two greenfield business to USD100million in a span of three years.

Boon Chye holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore .

Vesi is a Director with the ESG Investment Management at Temasek. She oversees the design and implementation of ESG integration across Temasek’s investment activities. She also provides inputs in the institutional priorities related to the firm’s climate transition strategy and engagement with portfolio companies on their decarbonisation pathways.

Prior to joining Temasek, Vesi spent 2 years with LGT Impact Ventures as investment manager for Southeast Asia, evaluating and managing a portfolio of growth companies with positive and environmental impact beyond financial return. Previously, she was with the equity team at the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth (NBIM) for 7 years as a research analyst and subsequently as a portfolio manager covering European and Asian markets.

Vesi is a Co-Chair of the ESG Committee of the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Singapore. She volunteers as a judge at the annual Morgan Stanley Sustainable Investing Challenge since 2015.

Ben is a Vice President in the Real Estate Group and is based in Singapore. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2019, Ben was a Director at Savills plc, focused on regional investment advisory in Asia-Pacific, where he advised on over US$6.5bn of commercial transactions around the region on behalf of institutional investors. He has assisted clients on deals in South Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, the US and UK. Ben covers various new economy investments in the region, including logistics, self-storage, life sciences and multifamily. In addition to his investment role, Ben also leads the firm’s real estate ESG efforts in Asia, assisting portfolio companies and joint-venture partners implement corporate and asset level ESG strategies.

Yvonne Voon is a Partner at Fifth Wall, based out of our Singapore office. She is in charge of spearheading the Firm's growth in APAC, including LP Coverage and Capital Markets, as well as looking out for future investment opportunities in APAC.

Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Yvonne was heading up capital raising efforts at a leading APAC logistics platform, LOGOS Property. Yvonne also spent almost 15 years at Credit Suisse, where she was most recently the Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division. She also took on various roles in the Equities division in Singapore, London and Malaysia offices, including in Equity Research and Sales.

Yvonne was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and currently lives in Singapore. She graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Commerce.
