Fang Eu-Lin

Partner and Sustainability & Climate Change Practice Leader at PwC Singapore

Eu-Lin leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice across PwC Singapore and she is also a member of
the wider PwC Global ESG Leadership Team. She also drives the newly launched the Asia Pac PwC Centre for
Sustainability Excellence. She helps clients strategise, implement, report and obtain assurance across a range
Environmental, Social and Governance issues. This includes but not limited to in the areas of carbon
measurement, decarbonisation and net zero pathways, climate risk assessments, Sustainability Development
Goals prioritisation, green and sustainable finance, sustainability strategy and sustainability reporting. She has
worked in London and Singapore and served clients across financial services, government, real estate, marine,
oil and gas, consumer, resources and telecommunications.

Eu-Lin graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University.
She is an Edwards S. Mason Fellow and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Eu-Lin is also a Singapore
Chartered Accountant and an accredited Carbon Tax verifier.

Vesi Kertikova

Associate Director, Sustainability & Stewardship Group of Temasek

Vesi is Associate Director with the Sustainability and Stewardship group at Temasek. She is responsible for
integrating sustainability and ESG considerations in Temasek’s investment process. She also supports the
design and implementation of climate related strategies and tools for the institution and portfolio.

Prior to joining Temasek, Vesi spent 2 years with LGT Impact Ventures as investment manager for Southeast
Asia, evaluating and managing a portfolio of growth companies with positive environmental and social impact
beyond financial return. Previously, she was with the equity investment team at the Norwegian Sovereign
Wealth (NBIM) for 7 years as a research analyst and subsequently as a portfolio manager covering European
and Asian markets.

Vesi received a MBA degree from INSEAD in Singapore and a graduate degree from the University of St. Gallen
in Switzerland. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of
Singapore. She has been a judge at the annual Morgan Stanley Sustainable Investing Challenge since 2015.

Lennard joined FMO in 2013 and works in the Private Equity team as ESG specialist. Lennard has over 8 years’
experience in development banking and is responsible for the ESG risk management of FMO’s investments
into PE Funds and Corporations in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia.

Jaclyn Seow is Head of ESG (environmental, social, governance) and Impact at Openspace Ventures, a leading
venture capital fund focused on tech-powered startups in Southeast Asia. Openspace manages over US$600M
in capital over three early-stage funds as well as OSV+, a growth fund for mid-stage tech opportunities. It
counts global investors such as Temasek, Stepstone, Norfund and DEG among its trusted LPs.

In addition to investing in sustainable solutions, the firm incorporates ESG into its diligence and post-investment value creation process. Jaclyn works with 40 portfolio companies in over 14 countries and across industries including agritech, mobility, fintech, education, health, and AI, to build ESG capacity.

Senior Vice President, M&A Operations at Platinum Equity Advisors International Pte Ltd

As Platinum Equity’s M&A Operations lead in Asia, Aloysius is responsible for leading the commercial and
operational due diligence aspect of deals, including EHS and ESG due diligence items. In addition, he is part of
Platinum Equity’s ESG global workgroup, helping to coordinate firmwide initiatives such as PRI membership,
ESG reporting and ESG training.
