Jovi Gan serves as a director at Lymon, and is an integral part of the management team, where he leads all aspects of the service delivery for its clientele. He has more than 17 years of experience in the asset management industry across various jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Lymon, Jovi served as an independent professional director for investment funds from various jurisdictions with a diverse range of strategies. Before that, he is the Vice President at Citco Fund Services where he led a team of 20 accountants with a portfolio of more than USD6 billion.

Prior to Citco, he was leading the operations and compliance for investment managers and worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers New York, Melbourne and Singapore as an Assurance Manager for 8 years where he specialized in providing assurance and advisory solutions for fund managers and their products.

Jovi is a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand and a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

B. Paul Santos is Managing Partner of Wavemaker Partners and led the establishment of the venture capital firm’s Singapore-headquartered Southeast Asia office in 2012. Paul is also one of the founding partners of Wavemaker Impact, a Southeast Asian venture builder partnered with Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), that aims to co-found climate tech startups. He also chairs the investment committee for Asian Development Bank (ADB) Ventures. Prior to starting Wavemaker Partners, Paul was an entrepreneur who co-founded six companies and sold three. He started his career as a product manager at Procter & Gamble. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a B.S. in Management Engineering and a Joint Minor in International Management with the University of Antwerp.

The IoT startup doesn't just sell products, it also collects data from feeding, production, water quality and fish behavior, to create predictive insights for farmers. The company uses the data platform to provide and connect farmers with services like financing, market access, and supply.

He was part of Google Launchpad Accelerator in 2015 and Unreasonable Impact in 2018. He was listed as Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2017 and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Innovation category) 2018, and MIT Technology Review Asia Innovators under 35 in 2019.
