We believe in fostering an environment of authenticity and genuine connections. As such, the Mentorship Programme embraces informality while adhering to guidelines that will be unveiled soon. We will ensure that mentors and mentees are not employed by direct competitors, ensuring a conducive atmosphere for growth and collaboration.
